Olive oil with ultra high levels of polyphenols (anti-oxidants) is extremely healthy, but also extremely difficult to produce. Over 95% of the olive oils in the Dutch (super)market do not contain many polyphenols with the majority being highly processed (‘lamp oil’) and defected olive oils that do not taste good. It is, however, difficult to know which olive oils you should buy (or not) due to sneaky marketing tricks of the food industry. We exist to create transparency about olive oil and provide you with world-class, high-polyphenol olive oils that elevate your health and happiness.
