POLYPHENOLS LEVEL: 1,857 MG/KG. This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Picholine olives. Picholene is originally a French olive variety that is called ‘Judoleine’ in Tunisia. In France, the Picholine olives are predominantly consumed as table olives rather than olive oil, but in Tunisia the olives are turned into fantastic, robust and polyphenol-rich olive oil. This Picholine contains the highest polyphenol content in our current range of olive oils. It has a fruity aroma with hints of grass, olive leaf and mint. It pairs well with dishes with strong flavors such as stews, grilled meat or fish, and oven dishes.
