POLYPHENOLS LEVEL: 1,316 MG/KG. This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Koroneiki olives. Koroneiki is originally from Greece: Around 60% of the Greek olive oil is made from this variety. Olive oil made from Koroneiki is generally robust (bitter). This olive oil has green aromas of freshly cut grass, artichoke, olive leaves, and green herbs, and has a medium to high pungency. It pairs well with dishes that contain chicken, meat, seafood, flavorsome salads and cheeses.
