POLYPHENOLS LEVEL: 699 MG/KG. This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Arbosana olives. Arbosana is an originally Spanish olive variety that matures quite late in the orchard. It has a fruity and grassy flavour, slightly nutty tones and a medium pungency. It pairs well with summer salads, eggs, goat cheese, toasted bread and sweet desserts.
