POLYPHENOLS LEVEL: 1,434 MG/KG. This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Chemleli olives. Chemleli is a 100% Tunisian olive variety. It is the most planted variety in Tunisia due to its ability to adapt to the summer heat and cold winters in the orchards. It is a robust variety that was already admired by the Romans for its delicious olive oil. This olive oil has a delicate taste with aromas of green almond, banana and tomato, and a medium pungency. It pairs well with salads, eggs, white cheeses, chicken, fish, and sandwiches.

Chemleli

  • Grassy aroma with hints of banana (peel), yellow apple and green almond pace. A medium spicy finish (medium pungency) and not so bitter.

    • Polyphenol value: 1,434 mg/liter (ultra high!). Polyphenols are the antioxidants that make our olive oils so extremely healthy.
